The Advertiser acknowledges that he / she has read, understands, agrees, and will adhere to the "Terms and Conditions" below when the Order Form is submitted and the credit card approval has been processed. 

Terms and Conditions:

• SalespUSA.com reserves the right to reject or revise any advertising that is not in keeping with their standards.

• Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that this a three (3) month advertising agreement. 

• Advertiser may change the advertising once per month coinciding with monthly billing cycle.

• All / any changes must be paid for and submitted in writing with new graphic image by the 25^th of the month preceding the month of publication.

• Advertiser assumes the responsibility and liability for all advertising provided to SalespUSA.com for publication including logos, illustrations, and photographs.

• Advertiser agrees to hold SalespUSA.com harmless from all claims arising from advertising publication provided and / or approved by advertiser.

• Frequency discounts will be canceled if the Advertiser discontinues Ad before frequency end issue. The full rate will be billed on previously published Ads. 

• All changes in Ad, frequency, and the Advertising Agreement will be submitted to SalespUSA.com in writing.
